A family table in Colorado
We're family owned and managed, and we've been serving the heart of Colorado since opening our first location on Dayton in Aurora in 2022. Come in hungry, because the plates here are big.
Gloria at the door
Gloria, our owner, greets you when you walk in and stops by the tables while you eat. It's a family place, and we run it that way.
Two kitchens
Dayton in Aurora came first, and when we opened Monaco in Denver in 2024 we brought all the favorites with us. Monaco also has a patio.
Sauce from our kitchen
Marinara comes with our garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and fried zucchini. We also fill pints and quarts of marinara, vodka, Alfredo and Bolognese so you can take dinner home.
The garlic knots
We tie them by hand, brush them with butter, sprinkle on the garlic and serve them with homemade marinara. Dunk generously.
Trays for your table
Homemade meat lasagna, baked ziti and chicken parmigiana all come in trays for families and parties. Bring the whole table home with you.
