Meet Gloria

Gloria, the owner, greets you and stops by the tables during your meal. We've been family owned and managed since 2022, starting with our first location on Dayton in Aurora and opening Monaco in Denver in 2024.

Sebastian's, Angel and Nicolas

These are our famous pizzas. Sebastian's is a cheese pizza with penne vodka sauce and sun-dried tomatoes. Angel has Alfredo, bacon and meatballs, and Nicolas comes with Caesar salad and grilled chicken on top.

Garlic knots

We tie the dough by hand, brush it with butter and sprinkle on garlic. Order a pasta entrée and they come to the table with it, next to a side of our homemade marinara.

The patio at Monaco

Happy hour is Tuesday through Sunday, 3 to 5, on the patio and at the bar. Saturday and Sunday it's unlimited mimosas from 11 to 3, and the red wine sangria is there every day.

Absolutely unbelievable!! Honestly everything was above expectations. How was the pizza so good!? I could drink the sauce from the mussels. The strawberry dessert was unexpectedly unique. Beautiful work, chef. Waiter was also amazing and just added to the cozy experience.

Amazing hole in the wall Italian spot! This is the best family Italian restaurant I’ve had in Denver. I got the rigatoni bolognese and you could taste how fresh the sauce was like it was made just for this dish. It came with free garlic knots and those were out of this world. Super garlicky and buttery… blown away. My boyfriend got the chicken dish with tomatoes, prosciutto and cheese - wouldn’t get this again… would stick with pasta. We have a great bottle of Chianti wine to split.…

I had no idea this new location was here, and I am sooooo thrilled to have found it!! The rigatoni bolognese was exceptional!! The garlic knots are always a win! And the steamed broccoli was perfectly cooked. I may not be able to veer to another dish!! 😍

Nice clean local Italian joint with a good atmosphere, fast and efficient service, delicious and generous portions. Reasonable prices as well, with a full menu of classic Italian pasta entrees and pizza. Didn't try the pizza, but the baked ziti with spicy Italian sausage was amazing.

My girlfriend and I dined there the other night It was my second time We ordered mussels for appetizer. They were fresh and absolutely delicious. Then we had chicken français and we were served two beautiful breasts of chicken lightly breaded in a wine and lemon sauce. Can I tell you we wanted to lick our plates! I will definitely be going back Our waiter was lovely and the atmosphere is really cute
